Job Listing: Project Architect

One of our top Architectural clients is looking for a Project Architect to join their staff. Below is a brief job description and qualification.

Minimum Qualifications-
-Licensed Architect in Arizona, NCARB certification preferred.
-Proficient in Auto Cad, familiarity with Revit a plus.
-5-7 years of experience with large commercial projects.
-Masters Degree in Architecture.
-The desire to take a project from start to finish.

Job Description:
-Performs routine assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic architectural principles, design, and concepts.
-Using prescribed methods and standards, performs a specific and limited portion of architectural assignments.
-Plans, programs, designs, coordinates, and supervises construction of building projects for clients according to their desires, needs, and financial resources.
-Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials
-Plans and programs layout of project(s)
-Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
-Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
-Expierence with Healthcare, Educational, or Government projects required.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $70,000 to $90,000 per Year
