Job Listing: Instructional Designer/Web Based Trainin

TEKsystems, the largest IT staffing company in the US, is looking for multiple experienced Instructional Designer/Technical Writer for a critical initiative with one of our key clients. This position is not posted on the company's website.

The qualified candidate will be evaluating existing leader-led course material for appropriate conversion to eLearning. They'll be creating program training materials using LORA, Flash, Dreamweaver and other tools to create electronic web based training material from currently existing leader led materials. They'll convert existing leader led training materials into Web Based Training, while creating Web Based Training from content provided by SMEs. They should have solid front-end and task analysis skills will need to be employed to determine appropriate design plans for our projects. They need to have high-end eLearning skills for the design and development tasks of converting course material. Candidates should have excellent project management skills and be able to work in an atmosphere of ambiguity and with little supervision.

This position is currently a 2 year contract and all work will be performed .e between the hours of 8-5pm.
