Job Listing: RN Utilization Management Supervisor

Aerotek Scientific is seeking qualified candidates to work for our client in the Disease management industry as a RN Utilization Management Supervisor located in Atlanta, GA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Current RN Georgia License
-Must have 6-8 years experience in nursing
-Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience
-Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid as well as Managed care

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage a team of about 15 employees and one team lead
-Involved in coaching and development of team
-Monitor productivity and conduct reviews
-Involved in staffing new members of the team
-Communication with other departments regarding workflow
-Provide monthly reports
-Interface with Medical Director regarding problem cases
