Job Listing: Market Analytics Manager

Our client is a leader in the aggregate and materials industry with offices worldwide. Due to continued growth they are looking to add a Market Analytics Manager to provide insight and ongoing improvement to the analytical data for product usage, market segmentation, customer segmentation and competitive activities. This position provides key information to sales and marketing and provides strategy from a macro and micro level.

Major Responsibilities:

- Investigate, implement and provide ongoing oversight of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Lead annual Market Study with an eye on continuous improvement to reports and related insight
- Lead large scale commercial initiatives including product portfolio analysis or pricing analysis
- Assist the Regions, Product Development and Strategic Marketing with any go-to-market analysis
- Publish weekly, monthly and quarterly relevant data such as competitor profitability, acquisitions and other market related news
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between sales and marketing cross-functional teams


Educational Background:

- Undergraduate degree, (emphasis in marketing or business) is preferred
- MBA a plus

Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred:

- Strong business perspective
- SAP (or other major ERP system) experience would be an asset
- 5+ years of related experience
