Job Listing: Database/Web Developer

A large international organization is currently looking for a Database/Web developer for a contract to hire position.

The candidate will work independently and in small teams to develop custom solutions including database development, custom application development, data imports/exports, web solutions, and ad-hoc reports.

Ideal Candidate Must:
-Have 4-5 years of experience with design and development of multi-tier architecture solutions (database, business, and presentation layers).
-Undertake development activities that include modeling, designing, coding, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, debugging, and deployment.
-Responsible for meeting with Business Analysts/Project Managers to review functional business requirements documents.
-Have strong backend development skills in a MS SQL Server database environment.
-Some maintenance work will be required.

Strong Proficiency Required In:
-Languages – C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript, Transact SQL, HTML, XML
-Database Applications – MS SQL 2005, SSIS (Integration Services), SSRS (Reporting Services)
-Programming Suite – MS Visual Studio.NET 2003/2005
-Web Server – MS IIS 6.0
