Help Desk Technician Job Description:
Our client is focused on basic and applied research, conducting innovative basic research to support global clinical studies and engaging in drug discovery. Our client is dedicated to developing innovative healthcare products that address unmet medical needs in various therapeutic areas.

Scope of Services to be Rendered

1. Helpdesk Consultant:

a. Provide 100% Phone Support during the shifts of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.

b. Provide XP, Office 2003 Suite (including Outlook, Adobe/Acrobat) support.

c. Provide remote printer installation. Hooking up Printers remotely.

d. Consultants will be trained on supporting the Siebel CRM and Siebel tracking system.

e. Consultants will receive training on Citrix for remote access.
