Job Listing: Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a complex volume manufacturing facility, is actively seeking Industrial Engineers for their Richmond, VA site.

Qualified Industrial Engineers will be responsible for:
-Identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of performance metrics and on-floor observations
-Working directly with Manufacturing and Unit Process Engineers to establish timelines for improvement
-Providing support for defining and creating new views of operational data
-Performing operational assessments
-Performing speed modeling and detailed equipment assessments
-Training various levels of business in principles and methodologies
-Supporting capacity planning processes
-Supporting corporate improvements projects and initiatives

Qualified Industrial Engineers will have:
-BS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer
-3+ years industrial engineering experience in complex volume manufacturing
-Direct experience identifying, measuring, and improving cycle times, time studies, performance metrics, operational work methods and equipment throughput
