Job Listing: Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

This position is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking for an exciting sales career. The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Sales Operations. This person will be accountable for lead generation, managing and maintaining contracts, and tracking recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a centralized database of installed based customers.
- Generate sales leads and qualify leads from multiple sources.
- Orchestrate a communication plan to ensure all lead inquires are managed and followed.
- Develop strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure client’s needs are met.
- Build and provide outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Manage maintenance and recurring revenue contracts to ensure payment.

Requirement:

- Experience in Inside Sales and sales process
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Multi-Tasker
- Post Secondary Education
