Job Listing: Labor & Delivery Nurse-Device Support

Aerotek Clinical Research is currently seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Nurses for a Clinical Support Representatives (CSR) role for multiple locations throughout the US. Our client has received FDA approval on a product that is revolutionizing the labor process. Up until now, labor and delivery doctors and nurses have not had a scientific way to determine how dilated a woman is, therefore not knowing how far along she is in the delivery process. This has caused an influx of C-Sections that are riskier since they are going through major surgery.

Our client is seeking labor and delivery nurses or mid-wives that have at least 3 years of patient care experience. They currently are looking for candidates in the following 3 geographic areas:

1. Philadelphia (Eastern PA, North NJ, NYC, and Southern CT)
2. Baltimore (Maryland, Northern VA, DE, and Northern CT)
3. Atlanta (Atlanta, GA, and Southern NC)

This person will be supporting the product in the labor and delivery rooms. They will be working closely with the sales representatives from the client as well as the physicians. Candidates will be trained extensively on how this product works prior to being in the field.

This will require travel to Israel for a 1 week period to see how this product works since it is in production there now. This will start off as a part time role (15-30 hours per week roughly) as the product is launched in the USA. As the product launches in the USA, this will turn into a full time role. They are willing to work with candidates that are working now and are looking for a part time role. Ideally, someone who is working either a weekend shift or three 12 hours shifts a week work. Also candidates looking for a change of pace and a more sales orientated/training type role would be an ideal fit.
