Job Listing: Fall Protection Sales Manager

International Construction Manufacturing Company is currently seeking a Fall Protection Product Manager for their office in Hillsborough, NJ. This company has developed a new line of fall protection systems and they are looking for a person to be able to market this product to new and existing clients.

This Fall Protection Sales Manager will be selling, promoting, and ensuring the specification of the product. This is an immediate and permanent opportunity. The compensation will be a combination of base salary plus commission/bonus. The base salary is based on experience.

Job duties include:

- Sell Fall Protection Systems to Owners, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Architects/Engineers, Fabricators, and Systems Manufacturers in the defined region.
- Travel within the defined region.
- Perform site surveys.
- Assist the local salespeople and project managers with the design and development of proposals.
- Train new users on the use of the safety system.
- Performing other duties as required.

Minimum job qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business required.
- Over 3 years of professional work experience as a sales representative, project manager, or regional sales manager.
- Experience working in a Fall Protection Systems Manufacturing Company and/or installation company.
- Extensive knowledge in the fire protection industry and an understanding of OSHA fall protection requirements.
