Job Listing: Customer Relations Manager

Our client, a well known insurance company is seeking a qualified Customer Relations Manager to join their team.

The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for training, coaching and developing customer service representatives. The Customer Relations Manager will also be working in conjunction with upper management in the retention of clients. The management of several departments including claims and customer service will also be part of the responsibility of the Customer Relations Manager.

To be qualified for this position, a Customer Relations Manager must have at least 3 years of management in the insurance industry. The ability to use a computer and communicate effectively is also required for this position. A Bachelor's Degree is also preferred but not required.
