General Summary: The analyst category includes positions that perform a variety of analysis functions. An analyst provides system support and project related activities for Information Services. Analysts work with customers, vendors, consultants, and other Information Services staff in performing their duties. On call support is usually a requirement for an analyst. These responsibilities span our client's facilities throughout the Oregon region. At times, analysts will be expected to assist other employees in other service areas.

Required: Bachelor degree and minimum 1 year industry related experience (Industry related at Level 2 has a strong preference for one half of the experience being from an Information Services setting.), OR Associate degree and minimum 3 years of industry related experience, OR minimum 5 years of industry related experience.

We are looking for a Facets Business Analyst. We need a minimum of 1 year Facets experience with a conversion or/and upgrade. CANDIDATES WITHOUT FACETS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Need to have specific experience as a BA and not be looking at the BA role as a stepping stone to the PM role. This is pure play BA. Projects they will work on are SSRS's which are requests from the business. This constitutes 20-80 hours of work total for the BA's. Will need a focus on front end Facets as well as work with SQL tables. Will need a good balance Will work on enhancements, extensions, reports, extracts and modifications. Are focused on many things in a day including: Outsourcing Jobs, bills are going to off site vendor, payment integrity - cleaning house for electronic claims, filenet changes, medicare changes. Hours can be anywhere from 7:30-5:30. Team consists of 3 BA's 7 Developers and an entire dev team - totaling 20 people.
