Job Listing: Business Analyst

- work as the lead BA or a supporting BA depending on the project focus, size, and the BA’s knowledge of the process under way. The following are the primary steps used by the BA in projects:
- works with the Business Sponsors to create a detailed BRD. This document will further detail the tasks needed in the Scope document. Once signed off, creation of Functional Specification documents may start.

- work with the project team through the development stages of the project. The BA’s assists the developers in answering any questions regarding the project.
- assist or take a lead role in the definition of a Test Plan and creation of Test Scripts.
- works with the testing team or may perform individually to assure all changes as well as regression test scripts are part of the testing plan and are performed. The Business Analyst works with the testers to answer any questions/issues that are found. May create Test Plan and scripts.
- assist the User in development of a UAT Plan and Scripts. May serve as a liaison between IT and the User in coordination of test results and re-testing efforts.
- will also support production reports through analysis and may make data corrections in order to provide accurate reports.
