Job Listing: Airframe Mechanic

DS2 is seeking Airframe Mechanics to work on AH-1 Super Cobras or AV-8 or H-60 aircraft at our program at China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station in Ridgecrest, CA.

Job Description:

Aircraft Airframes Mechanics - Performs scheduled and unscheduled Organizational Level Maintenance on Navy/Marine AH-1Z/UH-1Y or AV-8 or H-60 Aircraft.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be a high school graduate and must have completed the appropriate Navy Class "C" school in Airframes/Hydraulic systems repair or Air Force/Army equivalent. Must have a minimum of three years experience in Organizational Level maintenance in similar type aircraft airframes/hydraulic maintenance. It is preferred to have 2 years type/model/series experience within the last two years.

Work Conditions:

China Lake is located on the high Mojave Desert Region, temperatures range from winter lows of mid 20's to summertime highs of 100+ degrees. Maintenance tasks are performed outdoors as well as in the maintenance hangar / shops

This is a direct position with full benefits. A bonus of $1000 is paid for those with experience with and working on rotary wing aircraft. Per diem of $119/day for relocation is available.
