Job Listing: Payroll Manager

Our client, a very large multi-entity organization located in the White Marsh, MD area is currently in need of a Payroll Manager. This position will be responsible for the direct management of 3 supervisors and 5 analysts and indirectly responsible for 18 others. This position will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Financial Operations and specifically handle:

- Payroll for multiple entities, across all business lines utilizing Lawson Payroll and API.

- Change Management and Process Improvement for the entire department

- Six Sigma Methodology and Metrics implementation

- Management of 26 total individuals with 8 direct reports


Requirements for the position include:

- 8+ years of Payroll experience
- Lawsons experience
- API Software experience a plus
- Change Management and Process Efficiency experience is a must

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $85,000 to $110,000 per Year
