Job Listing: Lead Oracle Developer

Our Client, a leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry, is currently searching for a Lead Oracle Developer. The technical responsibilities are as follows:

- Principal designer for major systems utilizing available technology, tools and existing designs.
- Consult with business unit BU, IT mgmt and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of project dev cycle.
-Work with client to identify requirements and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (host based, distributed systems, client server), software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.
-Research and evaluate alternatives and recommend efficient/cost effective solutions.
-Perform analysis and system design.
-Code new or modified programs, reuse code or integrate purchased solutions.
-Document, test, implement and provide on-going support.
-Identify and implement new uses of info tech. Act as expert tech resource to dev staff in all phases.

The non-technical responsibilities are as follows:
-May supervise, manage or act as PM for major projects. Accountable for effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and ease of implementation.

Certification:
- Include, but not limited to, MS Cert Archt, Cer Tech Spec MCTS, Cert IT Prof MCITP, Cert Prof Dev MCPD, Cert App Dev MCADs and or MS Cert Solution Dev MCSDs Sun’s Cert Java Dev IBMs Cert Solution Dev Oracle’s Cert Prof Proj Mgmt Inst PMI Proj Mgmt Prof PMP or Cert Assoc in Proj Mgmt CAPM
