Job Listing: Human Resource Manager

Our client is looking to add an Human Resources Representative to their team! This position is a contract to hire position located in Lexington, KY

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-This HR generalist creates and recommends people solutions that positively affect selection and retention of a high performance team and enhance level of partnership with line management..
-Identifies issues and initiates resolutions in line with Corporate policies and in support of business direction.
-Leads site management in execution of major HR initiatives and facilitates positive change management.
-In collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners, conducts sound and thorough investigations, participates in decision-making and issue resolution.
-Drives and executes best HR practices. Monitors, analyzes and reports relevant data and makes to ensure consistent process improvement and positive change.
-Identifies needs and initiates communication, ad hoc training and interventions to address management and employee development and performance issues.
-Establishes and maintains business relationships with site functional leaders by gaining understanding of business objectives and providing sound HR counsel to support strong performance and productivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-5 plus years of HR Generalist Background.
-2 plus years of leader/management background.
-Knowledge of general company benefits (Healthcare, dental, 401 K)
-Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-HR-related systems experience (HRIS applications such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, etc.).

EDUCATION
-High School Diploma or GED required
-BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
