Job Description:
-Invoice Processing
-Expense Reimbursement Processing
-TRA Check Processing
-Student Refund Processing
-Assist with end of year – to include but is not limited to 1099 preparation
-Maintain Accounts Payable filing system
-Assist A/P Manager and Payroll Manager with various payroll processes
-Assist A/P Manager with other tasks/duties as they become needed
Job Requirements:
-Must be able to work Monday – Friday, during core business hours. Some Saturdays and extended hours during peak times may be required.
-Must have ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English via multiple on line and electronic formats.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution OR
Two years full-time or part-time equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
Experience with Windows based applications (specifically Excel).
