Job Listing: Sr. Project Engineer

Our client is the global market leader in full service natural gas compression. They combine the latest compressor technology and proven industry standards to build quality high speed reciprocating compressor packages and rotary screw compressors.

The right individual will be responsible for providing the required information to designers, project managers and customer management during all phases of equipment fabrication from order receipt to operation of the equipment. Central responsibility is assisting in the development of a safe, timely and cost effective design for manufacturing that meets the customer's requirements. Works with minimal to no supervision.

This opportunity requires a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Required Skills for Sr. Project Engineer Job:

  • KNOWLEDGE OF PETROLEUM PIPING AND PIPE SCHEDULES
  • FLANGES AND FITTINGS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES
  • ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVES AND/OR SEPARABLE COMPRESSORS
  • EXPERIENCE WITH INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEMS
  • UNDERSTANDING OF ACOUSTICAL THEORY AND TORSIONAL VIBRATION ANALYSIS
