Job Listing: Sr. Quality Care Representative

Our client, a leading telecommunications company in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Sr. Quality Care Representative.

This person will be responsible for the following:
*Monitoring agents calls while assisting customers
*Scoring calls in to systematic databases
*Providing objective & impartial feedback
*Multi lingual capabilities (fluent in Spanish)

The ideal candidate must have the following experience to be considered:
*Working in customer service positions in a call center environment
*Previous experience in leadership (team lead, supervisor, etc)
*Call monitoring & feedback sessions
*Efficient computer skills
*Telecommunications (i.e. wireless providers, entertainment, etc)
*Bilingual in Speaking abilities in both English & Spanish language

This is a contract position ONLY, for one year with full time hours. Excellent attendance is a must and REQUIRED. This position will pay between $20 - $22/hour (non negotiable). This job will be performed in a call center environment.
