Job Listing: Network Analyst

TEKsystems is currently in need of a Network Analyst for a long term contract with our client in Princeton, NJ. Knowledge of remote access and networking solutions is required for this position.

Qualifications
- Ability to interface with business clients to determine business partner connection requirements, evaluate information for completeness and access requirements.
- Provide assistance to clients in solving issues by leading them to the appropriate processes
- Submit requests on the Business Partner Request system
- Ensure requests are being processed and provide status updates to clients
- Escalation of Business Partner requests
- Manage and maintain Business Partner data and access controls for request records
- Ensure security processes are applied to requests
- Update work logs throughout the course of the server review
- Initiate Remedy work requests for network, FTP and TLS connections
- Experience in the Information Security and Networking field
- Experience with high pressure situations and excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work well a team oriented work environment.
