Job Listing: Area Service Manager

A world leader in hvac systems is currently seeking an Area Service Manager for their Baltimore, MD office.

The Area Service Manager manages all aspects of the projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.

Area Service Manager must have experience dealing with large commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

-All aspects of project planning for ongoing service contracts and emergency service needs
-Responsible for customer satisfaction and budget for assigned projects
-Maintains quality standards by supervising project assigned staff and inspecting job sites
-Training and developing hvac field technicians
-Makes recommendations for hiring/terminating staff
-Responsible for the overall project being done correctly, on time, and within budget

Area Service Manager should be familiar with the operation of Energy Management Systems, hvac systems and/or Temperature Controls
