Job Listing: Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant with a CPA, background in Manufacturing and SAP Experience.

Job Description:

Consolidate and analyze financial statements for the entire company, including comparison to forecasted results or trended results. Investigate fluctuations and summarize for Management. Consolidate and analyze consolidated forecast for the entire company. Prepare various financial analyses for internal management use. Correspond with manufacturing locations on application of proper US GAAP. Translate foreign currency financial statements to US Dollar basis statements. Prepare incentive compensation calculations (such as profit share award percentages, Business Unit bonuses, Operations Managers bonuses, Controller bonuses, etc.). Prepare and analyze certain account reconciliations. Interact with external and internal auditors regarding consolidated financial reports. Prepare and provide information to be included in our Annual Report and Quarterly filings with the SEC, Board of Directors and US Census reports. Maintain books for non-operational subsidiaries. Ad Hoc analyses as needed. Train other employees both within and outside the department. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

Additional Job Info:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting OR equivalent with 3-5 years experience in a relevant position such as Staff Accountant OR equivalent external work experience OR equivalent formal training in related duties.
CPA is required.
