Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in communications and media entertainment is currently hiring 25 qualified candidates for its billing department in Newark, NJ.

Candidates should have either 1+ years call center experience OR 1+ years experience as a Bank Teller OR an Associates Degree. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

The hours for this position are from 3:00pm-11:30pm with weekends required.

Candidates will be retrieving inbound calls form clients regarding billing and customer service

  • GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • BILLING EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 YEARS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 YEARS BANK TELLER EXPERIENCE
