Job Listing: Workforce Management Analyst

Our client a large investment firm is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst. This person will be responsible for assisting in the development of models for long range staffing in the call center.

This person will be responsible for reviewing mutual fund account activity and determine how much they can expect of the account. They will compare call volumes to different variables to determine staffing needs. This person will essentially be developing a predictive index model for incoming volumes and overall productivity.

To be qualified for the Workforce Management Analyst position MUST HAVE:

1-2 years experience of data modeling
1-2 years experience developing and testing models
1-2 years experience with analytical software such as: SBSS, SAS, Minitab
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics
