Job Listing: Warehouse Supervisor

A well-established company of over 100 years is in immediate need of a warehouse supervisor for a facility in Neptune, NJ. The company's primary product is manufactured close by and shipped to this 200,000 sq. ft. warehouse. All products are received, stored and shipped from this distribution hub.

The Problem:

Our company has a customer base that extends internationally and is not being serviced fast enough. Parts are being manufactured at a sufficient rate but the warehouse and supply chain is where the company is really lacking efficiency.

The Solution:

A warehouse manager, of logistics experience, would need to re-work the distribution infrastructure from the ground up and then implement the new-found change. Everything from the SAP inventory management system to the laborers will need to be managed, so, in combination they are operating at a greater efficiency. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to make a name for themselves in a large company.

Job Requirements:

- Over 5 years experience managing/supervising a warehouse. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred.

- Knowledge of proven methods to make an existing warehouse run at greater efficiencies.

- Supervisory experience dealing with general laborers, warehouse workers and forklift operators.

- SAP experience is a must

- Analytical Skills

- Interested in taking on challenges
