Job Listing: Inside Sales Representative

There is a current need for an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for servicing all available property/casualty insurance products via face-to-face and over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and up-sell products
Answer general questions regarding insurance coverage
Maintain records, check data, and prepare reports

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, but Associates or Bachelor's is highly preferred
Licensing in Property & Casualty or Life, Financial, and Health is also preferred
Two years of related sales and customer service experience is required
