Job Listing: A&P Mechanic

A large aerospace company is currently seeking A&P Mechanics for the Bridgeport, West Virginia service center location. This is a temporary to permanent position.

General job duties include performing maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA/JAA regulations. Inspection, making adjustments and repairs, replacing components, and correcting malfunctions or deficiencies. Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations. Assist with complex repairs, as well as being familiar with ground support equipment such as tugs, jacks, nitrogen and oxygen servicing. This position will require considerable amount of time spent in awkward positions working on the aircraft. Work will be both in shop and outside.

The ideal candidate will have corporate jet experience and at least 4 years plus experience working on corporate jets. A basic set of hand tools is required. All candidates must have their updated A&P Certificate. Pay rates and levels are dependent on past experience. Per diem is available for this location.

Relocation is available for the Bridgeport location. Entry level are also available for this location.

Positions are also available for the Hartford, CT location.
