Job Listing: Customs Compliance Admin

Our client, a leading outdoor gear manufacturer, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are seeking someone with customs compliance experience.

This position is scheduled to be a contract opportunity with full time hours.

Major job duties include:

-Review document discrepancies.
-Work with Customs Broker and Liaison office to solve documentation errors.
-Document filing and document matching.
-Various clerical tasks as needed.

Skills and qualifications:

-2+ years of administrative experience in a similar position.
-Basic knowledge of import regulations and customs compliance a plus.
-Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications.
-Familiarity with basic accounting procedures.
