Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

There is an ongoing need for Customer Service Representatives. This position is with a healthcare company. This person will be helping with open enrollment

Job Responsibilities:
Inbound phone calls answering questions regarding benefits
Outbound phone calls for follow-up
Helping employees in the Human Resources department with enrollment
Ability to multi-task through several screens

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer savvy
Ability to work under pressure
Call center experience is preferred
