Job Listing: Construction Estimator

Mid-sized Construction Waterproofing Contractor seeking an experienced Estimator with 5-15 years experience to join their team. Ideally looking for an Estimator with Waterproofing experience, however drywall and roofing experience will be considered. Commercial Ground up Construction experience is required.

Job Responsibilities for the Construction Estimator:

- Read Blue Prints and perform all Quantity Takeoffs for Estimates on Commercial Ground up Construction Projects
- Work with Senior Estimator
- This job will be 100% Estimating, will not be required to sell estimates to clients.
