Job Listing: Structural P.E.

One of our top Architectural and Engineering clients located in Central Phoenix is in need of a Lead Structural Engineer.

Job Description:
-Work under minimal supervision and have the ability to lead department.
-Analysis and design of structures for commercial, medical, retail and municipal projects.
-Development of structural drawings for the project types listed above.
-Review and write project specifications.
-Review shop drawings.
-Conduct condition assessments of existing structures and preparing reports on your findings.
-Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineering staff and designers.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years of experience, B.S. Master's degree preferred.
-Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer
-Experience in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete,
structural steel, masonry and foundations.
-Knowledge of model building codes and industry standards and application to design situations required.
-Experience in structural inspections preferred.
-Knowledge of commonly used software (Word, Excel, AutoCAD) required.
-Knowledge of structural and engineering applications (STAAD, MathCAD) preferred.
