Job Listing: Plumbing Designer/Drafter

Pertinent Client Information: The Client is Colorado's largest mechanical contractor; we've been around for over 40 years. We are the subcontractor of choice for mechanical contracting for large commercial, medical, educational, governmental and industrial projects all over the state. Our growth over the past several years has been incredible and it continues with no end in sight. We have our own on site fabrication facility for all our duct, pipe and structural work.

Job Description:
Ideal candidates for these positions have had exposure to 3D coordination, layout and producing constructible drawings ready for fabrication via the use of Autodesk products. Coordination with in house CAD/BIM operators is part of the overall scope of success.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited the following: 3D layout and coordination of all aspects of Hydronic, Plumbing or Ductwork as required per project specifications with minimal instruction and supervision. CAD/BIM operators should have an above average understanding of the third-party applications that are utilized in the office.

Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency with Autodesk products such as Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Proficiency with CAD Duct, CAD Mech, 3D Software
- Layout and coordination experience involving the development of constructible drawings
- Above average computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents
