Job Description
The Applications Developer is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining web applications/solutions built in SharePoint 2003.
The candidate should be familiar with ASP .NET and SharePoint 2003 and a back-end SQL Server environment.
The developer will work closely with all departments and business units and play key role in the technical architecture and implementation of customer projects from discovery to completion.
The developer will provide reliable support with limited supervision. The developer will manage his/her own performance; May act as a resource for others within the team.

Required Skills
-Applies technical expertise to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of own performance
-Understands and works to anticipate customer needs
-Proactively seeks customer feedback and input to improve team’s customer service
-Considers customer commitments a priority, working with others to ensure customer needs are met
-Prioritizes work on several concurrent assignments through efficiency, involving manager as necessary. May coordinate with others to meet customer needs
-Frequently solves problems on an independent basis, demonstrating good judgment by involving managers and others as appropriate
-Works as effectively as apart of a team
-Seeks ways to improve own work processes
-BA/BS or equivalent is required
-4-6 years of relevant technical experience.
-2+ years SQL Server Experience
-SharePoint Development Experience is a plus
