A leading broadband internet phone company is seeking highly professional Customer Service Representatives to join their successful team! This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing industries today!
We are seeking individuals who have exceptional people and phone skills, who will take inbound calls from customers to assist with various questions regarding service. Our ideal candidates will be able to understand customer's needs and assist with online billing, order tracking and detailed account management. You will also work closely with all departments on resolving service/technical issues, billing and credit adjustments etc.

The ideal candidates will like interacting with customers and be a self- starter. You should have excellent computers skills and, most importantly, you should be flexible.
This is a full time opportunity! Training is 45 days and is mandatory!!!! After training, you will be assigned a shift between the hours of 8am and midnight, Monday through Friday. (YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE)
