Job Listing: H. R. Assistant - Bilingual Spanish
Human Resources Assistant needed for manufacturing company in North Branch, NJ. The main responsibilities will be to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers; provide leadership in plant with respect to Safety and champions positive employee relations; maintains all employee files including I-9 and other employee paperwork in personnel file; administer pre-employment testing, complete background investigations, process all new hire paperwork; process HR Action forms, adding, deleting, transferring and increases for hourly employees. Process weekly payroll; coordinate facility meeting and assist with planning and execution of facility events and all special projects.
Required Skills
Bilingual Spanish and English required, minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience;ability to manage conflict; great attention to detail, systems driven, able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office.
