Job Listing: Business Systems Analyst II
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for sourcing and managing third-party technology transactions for this team, ensuring business needs and procurement objectives across the Global Networking Services are met. This position will report and work closely with Business Development Managers, supporting and executing strategic and tactical related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, execute and the management of statement of work development, in-depth financial analysis, vendor research, RFP/RFI preparation and management, negotiation, contract preparation and completion.
Management and execution of regional or global strategic purchase and acquisition of services, including: cost control strategies, vendor selection and purchase strategies, and process redesign and template deployment.
Conduct category reporting and spend analysis, benchmarking / market research, develop networking RFX templates and manage supply intelligence.
Identify and leverage forecasted customer needs and develop business case analysis or economies of scale strategies to maximize purchase and investments. Assess complex situations and propose alternative solutions.

Required Skills
Required Skills for this Business Systems Analyst includes the following:
Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities in finance, business and technology subjects.
B.S. in Business related field, plus a minimum 3 years of business experience in the field of Procurement and Supplier Management.
Work experience gained in telecommunication / networking technologies, products and commodities with previous telecommunications / networking contract negotiations experience preferred.
Possess good judgment and can be effective, working within a team setting as well as independently.
Minimum of 4 years experience managing complex legal or large scale ($MM) transactions.
Able to multitask, organize and lead virtual teams globally and across many key stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
