Job Listing: Food & Beverage Manager
Are you seeking a great opportunity in the Casino Industry? The Food & Beverage Manager will manage various restaurants & banquet facilities in single location. Will coordinate food and beverage service for various locations with various menus. Will direct management in all locations. Will confer with the Executive Chef and food preparation staff and other personnel to plan menus and related activities. Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations and disciplining of assigned staff. Responsible for maintaing the health and sanitization codes for all food operations. Investigate & resolve food quality & service complaints. Monitor Budgets to ensure daily operations stay within budget limitations. Ensure proper greeting and handling of the public. Professional attitude and appearance at all times. Proficient use of and ability to train on POS systems.

Required Skills
3-5 years experience as the Assistant District Manager of a Casino or Hotel with multiple dining areas. Experience managing banquet facilities in a Hotel or Casino environment a plus. Stable work history is a requirement. Ability to communicate with management and team managers of all departments. Serve Safe certification required. Bachelors degree preferred.
