Job Listing: Legal Secretary
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. You will be expected to exercise decision-making authority and use judgment in handling confidential matters. Trust and integrity are key components to being successful in this position.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support within the Legal department. Responsible for preparing papers and correspondence requiring knowledge of legal terminology and document formats such as contracts, briefs, summons, complaints and motions. Also answers telephone calls, and takes and relays messages. May also perform various clerical/administrative duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.

***Note: This is a vacation fill-in for 3 weeks only. *** Must have 5 years experience in insurance defense. Must be able to scheduling and maintain attorney's calendar and proficient in Lotus Notes, TimeMatters, and Microsoft Word.
