Job Listing: Senior HVAC Engineer

Our client is looking for a SR. HVAC Engineer.


This position is plays a senior role in projects and in the studio and is responsible for assisting in the production of thorough and concise computer generated Mechanical HVAC engineering drawings, preparing layouts of engineering systems, performing calculations, and producing specifications. In addition, the successful candidate will mentor junior staff, assist in the coordination and preparation of schematic design, design development, and construction documents; assist in spatial coordination with architecture and other engineering systems; process contractor submittals and perform on site condition surveys.

A engineering degree is required with ten or more years experience in the design and analysis of HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings.
PE and LEED preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD 2004 is required.
Knowledge of Revit a plus
