Job Listing: Interior Designer (Corporate Interiors)

Our client in San Ramon has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager (Interior Designer) to join their team. They specialize in corporate and office interiors in the East Bay, and are well known for their high end approach to creative design. This distinct firm offers their clients the complete package of design, contract furnishings, as well as finishes. Established in the early 1980's, they have a selective client base that is continuously increasing and several projects that are in need of a Project Manager.

On a day to day basis, this Project Manager (Interior Designer) will be responsible for meeting with clients to create the initial design, and work through projects from start to finish. This Project Manager in Interior Design will work in a collaborative team environment to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting or exceeding clients' expectations. You will be responsible for managing projects and accounts to ensure that all necessary steps are taken until completion.

Requirements:
-BA Interior Design or Architecture (focus on interiors)
-NCID or AIA (preferred, not required)
-10+ years experience in corporate office interior work
-Familiar with BOMA calculations and building codes
-Experience in scheduling, billing, management, invoices, and proposals
