Position: Inventory Specialist

Manager Comments: The manager mentioned that he needs someone that WANTS to be there and is excited about the opportunity. That shows initiative and is organized. This person will be responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving of automotive parts. The qualified candidate will have inventory experience and very strong computer skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of MS Word, Lotus Notes and Excel
- High level of organizational, written and oral skills
- High level of interpersonal skills


The required skills/experience is good and for the job duties/responsibilities would be:
- Works Inventory Reconciliation Reports
- Investigates parts in the Warehouse Management Computer System
- Maintains/develops Inventory data
- Misc. Inventory Control duties
- Analyzes/works inbound intransit report

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform divisional audits at PDC's and processing centers
- Report out results to management
- Maintain develop SPO quality SPC charts (800 charts in total)
- Coordinate divisional auditors schedules
- Frequent travel as required

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPEREINCE
- 1 – 3 Years of experience
- Intermediate level PC Skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management personnel and work with UAW employees
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Automotive to manage multiple tasks
