The PM will oversee, lead, and manage the initial start up of projects.
The PM is responsible for insuring compliance to all applicable internal procedures. The PM is responsible for maintaining the latest revision level documents and ensuring that change notifications are communicated throughout the region.
The PM will provide management and leadership to operations team members assigned to work within the customer site.
The PM will possess excellent customer service skills and will be expected to develop solid relationships with all clients.
As requested, the PM may assist the Inprax Manager in performing client visits, project assessments, project planning and budgeting.
The PM must possess the capabilities listed below and will perform their functions and responsibilities while maintaining the following priorities.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written)
- Computer literate (MS Office, e-mail, etc.)
- Ability to create reports and documentation using Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to interpret quality control plans, procedures, prints, etc.
- Ability and skill in using gages and basic metrology tools
- Ability to instruct and train team members
- Ability to evaluate team member performance
- Ability to multi-task.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work is typically performed in manufacturing plants and warehouses. Work may also be performed outside. Depending on the work location, the environmental temperatures may range from very hot (>100 degrees) to very cold (32 degrees).
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma (Required)
- Technical Degree or Vocational Training (Preferred) and/or BA or BS degree in Business, Management, or Engineering (Ideal)
- One year minimum experience in manufacturing and/or quality (Required)
- Two or more years experience in automotive related manufacturing (Preferred)
- One year minimum experience in project management (Preferred)
- Must provide documented work history, education, and reference list.
