Job Listing: Machine Shop Supervisor

Will manage the tooling/machine dept. Duties include: supervising/scheduling work force to meet customer requirements, continuous improvement/LEAN activities, performance evaluations, management presentations/reporting. Candidate shall have a working knowledge with setup/operation of both conventional and CNC mills, lathes, and VTL’s. Must be familiar with NC programming techniques and able to apply the use of the latest technologies. (MasterCAM experience a Plus).

Must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate with the Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a minimum of 5 yrs supervisory experience in a machine shop. An AA or BS degree is required.
