Job Listing: Estimator & Marketing Developer

Our Client is a rapidly growing company working as a sub or prime contractor in the fields of Post-Tensioning and Stay-Cable for new Structures as well as Structural Repairs and Pipe Repairs. The headquarters for North America is located in Sterling, VA.

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator/Marketing Developer for the Structural Repairs in the Washington DC area and surrounding States.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, contacting new potential clients, presenting our clients services, finding projects/bids, proposing alternative options when possible (design done by others), estimating the works, preparing the Company offers and insuring the follow up to award.
They will directly report to the Repair Business Development Manager (based in Atlanta).
Responsibilities would include interacting with clients and negotiating contractual issues.

Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years related experience. Must be familiar with post-tensioning and all structural repair activity; possess knowledge of carbon fiber and shot Crete repair functions. Experience in the Pipe market would be a plus.
