Job Listing: Customer Service/ Sales Agent

Our client, a telecommunications provider in Maitland, is looking for an inbound customer service representative with a sales background. This person will be responsible for taking inbound calls, providing quality customer service, and selling the client on another service.

Duties:
-Responsible for taking 40-50 inbound calls for this company in a call center.
-This person will be answering calls from customers and aiding them in resolving their computer problems, billing issues, ect.
-They will also be responsible for selling additional services to their clients.
-This candidate will be working on a computer and answering phones for the majority of their day.

Requirements:
-Individuals should have significant experience with both inbound and outbound call centers, as well as some prior sales experience.
-This individual will need to posses excellent communication skills, have strong typing skills, and be familiar with the computer software used.

This position is scheduled to begin shortly on a contract to hire status. Qualified candidates need apply for immediate consideration.
