Job Listing: MEP Engineers

Our clients are currently looking for MEP Engineers( in HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression or automatic control systems in an A/E or MEP consulting firm).

We have multiple openings in the Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford County. Some of the positions and duties.

Electrical Designer:
Prepare wiring diagrams utilizing CAD to conceptualize and create drawings for electrical applications related to a manufactured product or architectural and engineering application.

Electrical Drafter:
Prepare wiring diagrams, circuit board assembly diagrams, and layout drawings used for manufacture, installation, and repair of electrical equipment in factories, power plants and buildings..

Mechanical Designer:
Will use any number of CAD packages to conceptualize and create drawings of any given product. May make changes, create BOMs and update drawings as necessary.

Mechanical Drafter:
Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.

Structural Engineer:
Plans, designs, and/or reviews plans for erection of structures requiring stress analysis. Designs structure to meet estimated load requirements, computing size, shape, strength, and type of structural members, or performs structural analysis of plans and structures prepared by other engineers. May inspect existing projects and recommend repair and replacement of defective members or rebuilding of entire structure.


Requierements:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD 2002 - 2008,

· Preferred PE registration.

· LEED AP preferred.

. Degree in Eng. or Arch

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office.


Mechanical- HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection
Electrical - Power, Lighting-Fire Alarms, Conduit



Pay: Based on experience
