Job Listing: Call Center Manager

Our client, a professional transportation management, operations and consulting firm, is currently seeking a Call Center Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general supervision of transit control staff and activities
- Supervise Transit Control Officers, Supervisors and Lead Supervisor
- Manage all transit control activities and provide supplement supervision
- Enhance staff performance to provide highest quality of customer service
- Recommend disposition of probationary and sub-contractor employees

Requirements:
- 5 years in call center management/supervision of at least staff of 50
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or related area
- Knowledge of basic computer operation
- Problem solving abilities using good judgement under stressful conditions

Details:
- Employment type: Direct Placement
- Location: Long Island City, NY
- Hours: Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Compliance: Drug and Background checks
