Aerotek is working with a client in the Baltimore area in need of a Senior-Level Architect. This company is an affiliated professional architectural, engineering, and planning firm. They provide planning, design, and construction phase services for a wide range of projects from the Carolinas to New York State. Project types include: office buildings, commercial and retail centers, industrial parks, institutional facilities, residential communities, recreational facilities, mining and land reclamation, and golf courses.

They are looking for a Project Architect. The PM provides hands-on leadership and coordination of architectural projects from conception through construction phase services. This position works with and assists the Principal(s) to assure project tasks and goals are completed on time while meeting or exceeding client expectations and company standards.

Responsibilities:

-Leads Project Team in the development of drawings and presentation materials for Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document Phases.
-Performs specific activities which include developing architectural designs for schematic and design development phases, coordinating with owners, leading meetings, leading development of Construction Documents, coordinating activities of consultants, review and coordinating architectural work.
-Leads the process of bidding, Permitting and Construction Administration Phases.
