Job Listing: Bilingual Call Center Customer Service

An inbound call center for the banking and mortgage industry has an opening for a bilingual customer service representative.

The customer service representative must be proficient in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a large volume call center.

You will be responsible to handle 30-70 calls per day from banking customers regarding their accounts and mortgage payments, inaccuracies, etc.


Must have proficient computer skills and previous experience utilizing an internal tracking/database.
